  • I’m interested in investing - can we have a chat?

    Of course! We’re on hand to offer you expert guidance to empower you to make informed investment decisions. You can book in a complimentary (no-obligation) one hour chat with our Investment Specialist, Liam. This can be virtual or in person at our Beverley office. It’ll give you the chance to ask any questions and go over your investment goals - find out more.

  • Do I need to visit you to make an investment?

    Not necessarily, we would always recommend it but if our clients prefer to invest from a distance we can advise you on locations based on our vast experience. We can view on your behalf and feedback videos and all negotiations can be done over the phone and by email. We encourage our clients to take some time to come to Hull, meet us, see our operation and learn about our city. Ask us about a discovery day.

  • Realistically what yield can I expect to achieve in East Yorkshire?

    12% yield is attainable in Hull and East Yorkshire, however, this is rare and usually comes with properties that we would consider to be ‘higher risk’ investments. You should expect to return around 7-10%

  • What happens after I have purchased a property?

    This all depends on the type of property you have bought. Part of what Liam can advise on is the best course of action following your purchase. It may be that the property requires full or light refurbishment before letting. If this is the case, the Ultralets Works Team will provide a full quotation prior to completion for your consideration. Sometimes, the property is good to go or tenanted so the lettings team can ensure the property is fully compliant and begin the letting and management of your investment.

  • What services do Ultralets offer?

    At Ultralets, our range of services includes investment consultancy, letting, property management, and maintenance. We can take care of the whole process from purchase through to management of your property in the long term.

  • What fees are involved?

    It's free to join our investment portal and gain access to opportunities that come up. You'll only be charged at the point of purchase, we reserve the right to charge the buyer of the property a consultancy/sourcing fee as per the agreement with the buyer. We reserve the right to charge the seller of the property a marketing/sales progression fee as per the agreement with the seller.

  • Are you on Rightmove?

    No, whilst the likes of Rightmove and Zoopla are great tools for selling residential properties, our focus is on providing quality investment properties for those wanting to start/grow their portfolios. Our investment portal takes a more direct approach to investors and we have found this to be the most effective way to sell investment properties.

  • Are you able to advise on how to fund my investments?

    Of course, we can talk you through typical strategies for purchasing investment property depending on your available fund and borrowing criteria. 

  • What happens when I register on the portal?

    As soon as you register your account with us, we will give you a quick courtesy call to introduce ourselves and find out a little more about your requirements. You will then be approved on our system and you will be able to log in to view available opportunities. Happy browsing!

    No, not at all. Part of the reason for starting Ultralets Investments was to share our insight and experiences with others who are looking to embark on their property investment journey. There's no question too silly for our team. We want to inspire the next generation.
