What takes place on the day?

The placements are 9am - 3:30pm at our Flemingate, Beverley office.

You'll carry out a series of fictional tasks to reflect what a day in property management could look like and have the opportunity to ask our friendly team as many questions as you’d like. We're all very proud of what we do and will gladly talk to you about all things lettings.

We pride ourselves on creating a work experience programme with a difference and where possible you could experience real life viewings, valuations, meetings, photography and filming.

Our 2025 work experience programme is now open, with limited placements available.

There are 8 placements available in 2025 for the following dates:
