2023 Pricing Structure Explained

From 1st January 2023, all landlords will move on to our new pricing structure. The details of this are outlined below:
 
Letting fees:
 
There will be a fixed letting fee of £250 + VAT which will be paid when a new tenant moves into a property by the landlord. This covers all marketing, viewings, applications and referencing so we can efficiently secure a quality tenant for your property and take the hassle off your shoulders.
 
Management fees:
 
Reminder: we don't charge any management fees if your property isn't let or the tenant doesn't pay their rent (so we're as motivated as you are to ensure it's let and fully paid!).
 
When your property is let, the monthly management fees you pay depend on the amount of managed properties you have with us. Please note there is a minimum monthly management fee of £37 + VAT per managed unit or room.

5-9 Properties
10+ Properties
10% + VAT
9% + VAT
8% + VAT

One of the many advancements we've made recently includes joining Rightmove to generate additional interest in your properties. Although this service comes with a cost, it's seen an increase of over 100% in the volume of enquiries we have received which hugely improves the quality of tenants and minimises void periods.
 
What happens now?
 
We'll always give our landlords at least 3 months' notice of any price changes. You won't need to do anything, our Finance Team will handle the details and as always, they will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
