As we bid farewell to another remarkable year, the time has come to reflect on the milestones and growth that have shaped our journey.

 

We had an amazing year acquiring 3x new lettings portfolios, moving 318 tenants into their new homes, processing over 13,367 enquiries and carrying out a whopping 3,189 viewings 👏 We also had our record month with 37 agreed lets in October!

 

 

One of our favourite accomplishments this year was managing to raise £1530.66 for The Stroke Association in loving memory of our friend and colleague, Tina 💚 To raise this money we held a summer fun day with lots of fun family activities, music, food and lots of raffle prizes.

 

Our Finance Manager, Alice, celebrated 10 years of working with us 🎉 Thanks for all your hard work over the years, Alice!

 

We had many staff social events ranging from the HYP masquerade ball, 'Pink Drinks' with James Legal, our Christmas party and laser quest with the guys from Compassa Ltd (they may have taken the victory on that one, but we're gearing up for round 2!).

 

We invested in an electric van for our maintenance team to test the viability of electric before changing our whole fleet for the cost-saving and performance benefits. The maintenance team had a busy year completing over 2,000 property repairs and refurbs in 2023, working exclusively on our landlords properties.

 

Several internal software developments were made last year, including launching an enhanced client portal to make our client's experience with us as simple and hassle-free as we can.
