2024: Our year in numbers

As we begin this new chapter of 2025, we're taking a moment to reflect on the remarkable collective milestones achieved by our team, and clients, in 2024. Here's a quick run-through of all of the achievements that made 2024 the best year on record to be an Ultralets client.
 
This year we remained committed to providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. We successfully completed over 1,250 property repairs, ensuring our tenants enjoyed comfortable and safe living environments throughout the year. Our Works Team also carried out 290 large-scale quoted projects, which included jobs such a full refurbishments, kitchen replacements, landscaping, and decoration.
 
Our dedicated property viewings team hosted 3,679 appointments, connecting prospective tenants with their ideal homes. Through these efforts, we successfully let 378 properties this year. With an average of 1.03 lets per day, we've helped provide high-quality homes for numerous families and individuals, which also minimises costly void periods for our landlords and ensures they continue to receive their rental income.
 
Our clients' properties uphold our high standards of quality for existing and incoming tenants. To make sure that is the case, our Property Accounts team completed 934 inspections throughout the year, allowing our clients to understand the condition of their property and allowing for adequate notice for any minor, or major, repair works that might be needed to ensure the safety and comfort of existing tenants or to be made ahead of an incoming tenant. Furthermore, in order to reach fair market value for our landlords while maintaining tenant satisfaction, we successfully actioned over 300 rent increases.
 
Additionally, with the continued rollout of our Financial Services offering, we prioritised the financial security of our clients by writing over 200 policies, offering comprehensive protection for their properties, as well as providing high-quality products such as rent protection and life insurance.
