Another great addition to the team! Ellie is joining our Finance Team to help support rent monitoring, collection and landlord payments. This is a crucial role that ensures our clients receive their payments on time and in full. Where this isn't possible, Ellie will assist in monitoring the arrears and chasing for payments.

 

Ellie will be working under our longest service team member, Alice, who singlehandedly run the Finance Team up to now. As we are continuing to grow, we knew that now was the time to bring in some additional talent to support Alice.

 

Ellie is also joining us on her Birthday (that's some real commitment to the team.) We are celebrating with some tasty cupcakes

 

 

 

We've asked Ellie a few questions to help you all get better acquainted, let's see what she has to say:

 

 

In The Finance Team, I will be working alongside Alice. I will be dealing with rents, deposits, council tax and many other financial aspects of the lettings. 

 

 

Before becoming a part of the Ultralets team, I previously worked at Hull House Group for 2 years. During my time there I dealt with maintenance, viewings, inspections and admin. I feel like that experience will really help me in supporting all of the Ultralets client's accounts.

 

 

I was lucky enough to be able to join Ultralets, what made me really want to work here was the team. I really wanted to work as a part of a bigger team, in my previous job, I was spread across lots of departments, I am looking forward to being able to just focus on the finance role here at Ultralets. 

 

 

Outside of work I love going to gigs, travelling to different places to watch them. I love music and the music industry. I also am very into my rugby, I enjoy going to see and support Hull KR.

 

 

I am very happy to have Ellie join us, I was impressed with her straight away from the interview, I am hoping she will bring an injection of energy to the team. Not only does Ellie bring her experience in the industry, but she also is carrying across an existing relationship with the landlords and tenants of Hull House Group as we welcome them into the Ultralets family of clients.
