A landlord needs to have a routine like that setup each year to keep the business successful and working well. Check for mold, anything broken, faulty insulation, roofing issues and electrical trouble. The structural integrity of the home both inside and outside needs to be a priority for you if you want to have a flawless property to work with. Your tenants will be grateful in the long run when you keep a well-maintained place.
