Over the past few months many tenants have asked if our works team can help them with odd jobs around the house that don’t fall into the ‘essential’ category that the landlord would usually be responsible for. Of course critical repairs are down to the landlord to ensure the property remains above the required standard by law.

Any decorative / maintenance project requests by tenants will be run by the landlord if it’s something that would need approval. Things like wallpapering and new carpets fall into that category. 

However, there are other ways we can help you to freshen up your home without needing landlord permission such as garden maintenance, putting up shelves, building furniture or hanging TVs and frames. 

Our team works exclusively on our landlords and tenants properties making them highly proactive and dedicated to carrying out quality results. With more time being spent at home than ever before, it’s the ideal time to freshen up the decor and make some changes.
