For rents, you can even set up a standing order, so you don't have to worry about manually making payment on time, every time. Please see your online banking details to set this up.

 

If you aren't able to do a direct bank transfer we do have other online methods for payment. Simply head to the 'Pay my rent' section in the 'Tenant' tab on our website, or follow the link here to be directed to our secure payment page.

 

 

Once you land on this page you will be greeted by our 'Make a payment' form that will give you a few fields to input your details into:

 

Please make sure that you select the correct type of payment as this will help our Finance Team track down your payment to ensure it is correctly banked. In the reference box, you will need to type in the correct address for the property you are applying for or currently renting. Please continue by adding the full name of the applicant/tenant with contact details. Double-check that the billing information is correct when submitting otherwise the payment may not go through properly. Billing information must match the details held by the payment card provider.

 

Finally, you will need to add the long card number, expiry date and CVC for the payment card you will be using. Again, please ensure this is correct before submitting the payment otherwise it may fail.

 

All being well, your payment should have gone through without a hiccup. Easy as that! Keep an eye on your emails for a confirmation of payment from Ultralets.
