We are looking for an aspiring Investment Sales Associate to support our growing Investment Team. We want someone with a passion for creativity and all things digital - if this sounds like you then get in touch!
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales progression.
- Collating information for deals - preparing for market.
- Booking inspections/viewings.
- Liaising with buyers and sellers.
- Updating our client database.
- Managing agreements, arranging signatures on legal documentation.
- Prospecting new properties.
Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge
- Experience is appreciated but not essential. If you have the right attitude and passion, the skills can be taught.
- Able to accept and welcome feedback and willing to learn and develop your skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Dependant on experience.
- Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30am - 16:30pm.
- Holidays: 28 days plus statutory.
- Onsite parking.
- Bus stop outside the office if travelling by public transport.
