Our Facebook story

Facebook has been great for us. We currently have a following of around 3.5k local people.

They\'re looking for latest and best quality properties to let in the area and that\'s what we aim to give them. We \'boost\' the posts so they reach a larger audience - typically somewhere between 11k and 20k people will see a property we list on Facebook. 

Targeting

Facebook allows us to target peoples interests, gender, age or location. If we have a property which would typically interest a first time renter we are able to advertise specifically to people aged 19-30 living in a certain location.

The Cost

We never pass this cost on to our clients. We see it as part and parcel of what we are expected to do to attract the best tenants. If your posts are good and attractive it can cost as little as £10 to reach thousands of people.

The Results

So far we have let several properties as a direct result of our facebook advertising. The portals will always let the most properties for us. Facebook has also helped a lot in improving our local brand awarness. If we had a pound for everytime we\'ve heard \"Ultra Lets, yeah ive seen the Facebook page\" ...
