It’s not unusual for Raj to carry out 20+ viewings in a single day, where he’ll be:

🔹 Reporting back to the office team any important info about the prospective tenant

🔹 Promoting the property and gauging how interested the viewer might be

🔹 Make notes of any potential issues with the property / recommendations for the owner

🔹 Informing applicants of the rental process and answering any questions

🔹 Speeding up applications by directing viewers to an instant application form via a QR code
