Last night we entered a team in the Tigers Trust corporate 5-a-side competition held at the Airco Arena in Hull.

There were several local businesses in attendance such as Rollits Solicitors, Emmerson Kitney, Ideal Boilers, Strawberry, MRC Property, 360 Accountants and KCOM.

The teams were divided in to three mini leagues and the winners of each league and the best runner up out of the rest advanced in to the semi finals. We made it through at the top of our league after a 2-0 Victory against Strawberry, 3-1 victory against Ideal Boilers and another 2-0 victory against one of the Tigers trust\'s sides.

We then advanced in the the semi final where we played Emmerson Kitney and won 3-1 after going 1-0 down very early on.

The final, against the better of the two Tigers Trust sides, was a slow game as fatigue was setting in for both teams. It was one goal that divided us two minutes from the end by the Tigers Trust.

It was gutting to run so far and not clinch it at the end but what a great evening had by all for a great cause.
