Hull Council tax legislation means that landlords are only given a 28 day exemption to re-furb and re-let their properties between tenancies. Given that, it is understandable that a top priority is to let your property quickly and of course to the right person. Landlords often ask us \"If I put my property up to let with you, how will you take it to market?\" A perfectly legitimate question, answered:
All of the above is usually completed within the first 24 hours of your property being available to let. We\'re open to suggestions too, if you think there is something other than the above that could be done to enhance your chances of finding a quality tenant we want to hear it, but advertising in the local press is a big waste of money these days!
