A statement from our Managing Director:  

"I'm delighted to announce that Ultra Lets have successfully negotiated the acquisition of the lettings arm of Spring Estate Agents effective from 1st April 2019.

Throughout my time in lettings, I have worked closely with Govind Manocha (aka ‘Mr Spring’) and I believe we have learnt a great deal from each other over the years. It’s taught me that you don’t need a rivalry with your competitors, there's plenty of business to go around and working closely, sharing ideas and collaborating with other reputable companies will only enhance the service you can provide for your customers.

This takeover seems a very natural step for both of us and certainly isn't the end of our experience working together. Spring will remain a client-focused, ethical agency and will continue to be our recommended estate agent in Hull.

For those new clients joining us, we are looking forward to getting to know you and continuing to give you the excellent service you have enjoyed whilst working with Spring. You and your tenants will benefit from access to our in-house maintenance department, vibrant lettings team and many other new features we can offer as a lettings focused agent.

From day one our aim has been to provide a personal service to all of our customers whilst offering the exposure and technology benefits of being a larger company. For our existing client base, the addition of the extra managed properties has enabled us to hire two new team members to help expand our operation and further improve the service we can offer. More details will follow in the coming weeks.
