We have entered our 11th year of trading in 2020 and we thought it was time to refine our website and online presence. 

We pride ourselves on being market-leading letting agents in Hull when it comes to social media, our blog and our website. Always have, always will. Although we really liked our old website, we wanted to change a few things and update our website with brand new features.

What’s new?

A focus on user experience

Customers want to find the information they need as quickly as possible when they log on to our website, so we've created a simple search facility on our properties. Fortunately for us and our clients, we never have a huge amount of properties available to let so we've made it super simple to browse our portfolio. 

On each listing, the pricing has been very clearly broken down for customers so they have a full understanding of the costs involved in renting from us. We will feature high-quality video walkthroughs on selected listings alongside professional standard photography to really show our stock in its best light. 

There are a million and one questions when renting and we’ve heard them all. We have introduced several FAQ sections throughout the site to help renters, tenants and landlords understand the processes.

Our tenants will be able to complete and submit their full application for a property through our new website too. This includes being able to upload all paperwork and make any necessary payments too. 

Room for better content

A blog is a key feature of our new website, it's where we share our industry secrets and information about how we're developing as a business. Most of the content written is by local design and marketing agency, Blab Digital, but with insight and ideas from our team.

The ‘meet the team’ page of a website is often the most visited - people love to know who they’re dealing with and we love bringing our talented team into the spotlight! With this in mind, we’ve created a much clearer page to show how personal our service is for landlords and tenants alike. 

We're proud to be a small, friendly team who use tried and tested processes and advanced technology to improve efficiency in order to deliver the best possible service to our customers. The software we use enables us to manage more properties than traditional methods. Our new website gives off a more corporate feel so landlords know we are capable of handling their portfolios.
