Am I achieving the right rents?

Unsure whether you should be putting your rents up or if your property is already achieving the 'going rate'? Of course you can look at comparisons on Rightmove to access this insight, but there are other points to consider too.

It can sometimes be better to keep a quality tenant in paying slightly less who’s happy and looking after your property than risking costly void periods.

A different tenant paying more could end up costing you more in maintenance in the long run if they don't look after the property.
