We’re delighted to have grown our lettings portfolio by 43% this month after welcoming the tenants and landlords of well-respected Letting and Estate Agents, Riverside Property.

Thanks to their talented team and years of experience, Riverside Property has always held a strong reputation locally. They’ve built up a large portfolio of predominantly Victoria Dock based managed properties, an area we’re well geared up to look after.

The timing was ideal for both the former Riverside management team and ourselves:

• They were looking to step back from their business and needed a letting agent they could trust to take care of their long-standing customers.
  
  
• We were ready with solid foundations to increase our management portfolio after moving into our new Flemingate premises in late 2022 and investing time in building up a team of Specialists in all the key areas required for a seamless expansion.

Our biggest takeover to date 

Following on from the successful portfolio acquisitions of Bright Homes, Hull House Group,  HPS and Our House (Lettings) in Hornsea in the last 18 months, we were well-prepared for a takeover of this size with a firm plan of action cultivated from our previous experiences.

Six exceptional team members have been welcomed into Ultralets from Riverside, enabling customer relationships to be maintained and aiding a smooth migration process. We’re looking forward to showing landlords and tenants the level of service we’re proud to provide, whilst maintaining standards for our existing customers.

How can we effectively manage 1,250+ properties in East Yorkshire?

Many aspects contribute to us being able to run efficiently, which provides our customers with terrific value, but credit has to go to our team of 30+ skilled individuals. They’re split into dedicated departments and focused on taking control of their responsibilities. They work together to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience all-round.
