Here are some answers to the most frequently asked tenant questions:
How will I know if my application has been accepted?
We’ll give you a call to share the good news! We aim to inform all applicants within 5-7 days of their application, so you won’t have to wait long.
How long after I’m accepted can I move in?
We’ll work with you and the landlord to find a move-in date that works for everyone. This is usually within 4 weeks of the application being accepted.
When do I sign the tenancy agreement?
We’ll send you a tenancy agreement to sign via email. We use e-signatures, so you can sign this document from the comfort of your own home. Learn more about e-signatures

Will an inventory be carried out?
Yes, our team will carry out a full inventory before you move in. This will detail the condition of the property, and we’ll email it to you. You’ll have 7 days to look over the inventory and sign it. We’ll also send over the meter readings, EPC and gas safety certificate so you have these on hand.
What happens if I have a homeowner guarantor?
We’ll need your guarantor to come into the office and sign the agreement with their photographic ID around the same time that you sign your tenancy agreement.
What happens on the day I move in?
On the agreed move-in date, you’ll need to come into the office to pick up your keys and pay the remainder of your deposit along with your first month’s rent. All the exact figures will be outlined to you during the application process. We’ll talk you through our repair reporting procedure, give you our emergency contact details and explain how to set up your bills and pay your rent.
